EtsyRAIN will host a Pre-Holiday Art & Craft Show from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, October 16-17th.

The EtsyRAIN Art & Craft Show will be held in the lobby and the fountain courtyard at the beautiful Intiman Theatre, located at 201 Mercer Street in Seattle.

The first 50 people in line each day will receive a swag bag filled with awesome stuff from our EtsyRAIN members.

Bookbinding Project: Coptic Stitch Journal

Make Your Own Stamp!

Design and carve a linoleum stamp of your very own! You will learn about transfer techniques, inks, and design elements such as overprinting and blocking. Practice using your image on paper & fabric, and see how many creative ways you can use your new stamp! Cost $50

Lecture: All About Bookbinding

Learn the history of bookbinding in this one hour lecture. We will discuss styles of binding, such as hard cover, soft cover, and exposed spine binding. You will see the tools of the trade, learn about paper, and discover the decorative elements of traditional binding. Head home with a shopping guide, basic tutorial sheets, and a new appreciation for handmade books! Cost is $30 for lecture (includes all supplies & Assemble badge).
